Waverly Cats Rules:

1.  All State and Federal fishing and boating rules will be observed.

2.  Catch and Release.

3.  Two persons per boat. 3 if over 65 or under 16 - with 6 rod limit.

4.  All persons must wear a life jacket at time of take off.

5.  Bank fishing at ramp site only.

6.  Fish may be caught by rod and reel method only.

7.  No more than three poles per fisherman.

8.  Seven fish per boat weigh in - NO dead fish.  Subject to change day of tournament.

9.  NO alcoholic beverages permitted during tournament hours.

10.  Each boat must be checked in at weigh station by tournament ending time.  No exceptions.

11.  One team member must initial the teams weigh-in weight.

12.  Ties - Big fish tie is by total weight.  Total weight ties are decided by big fish.

13.  Any protests must be made within 10 minutes of weigh-in-time to the tournament director.

14.  Foul hooked or marked fish may not be accepted.

15.  NO chumming.

16.  Each tournament participant must sign the accident waiver release.

17.  Fish must be in your possession.

18.  Boats must maintain a distance of 75 yards between each boat while fishing.

19.  Tournament entry fee can only be refunded prior to start of tournament.  If you pre-pay and can not make it to the tournament contact us and we will refund your entry fee.

20.  The decision of the tournament committee on ANY issue is final.

We need to know that you are not stranded on the river - before leaving please check out by turning in your number.

Cheating is illegal and could result in criminal charges.

All participants are subject to a polygraph test.

Good sportsmanship is expected of all individuals, any disorderly conduct may be ample reason for disqualification.

Not responsible for accidents.
